A non-profit group called Global Leaders Japan is made up of Japanese high school students who are boarding school students in the US. Its main goal is to provide advise and real-life experiences from Japanese students from all backgrounds through frequent events and webinars. The goal of the organization's founding was to inspire Japanese students in elementary, middle, and high school—regardless of their prior experience living overseas—to embrace a global perspective.

We see studying overseas as an essential experience that enhances one's life and fosters personal development, rather than just a component of academic endeavors. Our goal is to give young people a platform that encourages personal growth and cultural understanding.

Global Leaders Japan offers possibilities for student networking and interaction in addition to detailed information about studying abroad. The purpose of our community is to foster mutual understanding and growth among young people from many cultural and ethnic origins, ultimately producing future global leaders.
